Navigating your children's years can be challenging.  Research shows that kids who learn from their parents about the dangers of underage drinking, illicit drugs, tobacco use, dangerous driving and other risky behaviors are less likely to engage in them.  Parents are the first line of defense.

Surveys of teens show that they want and expect their parents to play a KEY ROLE in their lives.  They appreciate you.  They listen to you.  They remember your advice, even when it seems they are not paying attention.  The risks faced by children and teens today is very real.  Be the hero in your child’s life.
