These are some of the Dos and Don’ts:
Do – Lock up your medications and keep them away from children and teens
Do – Bring unused or expired prescriptions and over-the-counter medication to one of the locations for proper disposal
Don’t – Flush your medication down the toilet. It is a danger to the environment.
Don’t - Bring needles or other “sharp” objects. They can’t be accepted.

A special thanks is extended to all community members who properly dispose of unused medications.
This action is a step in the right direction of preventing drug misuse!

Keep your medications safe by locking them up.
Lock boxes are just one simple way to lock up your medications. Drug Free Tipton is honored to provide community members with lock boxes that will assist in the efforts to reduce youth substance misuse among our youth. Pick up your FREE lock box at your local police station or at the Sheriff's Office. Contact Drug Free Tipton if you have any questions. Lock boxes available while supplies last.
