Robin Racine
Robin helps guide the development and implementation of DFT’s Mission. With over seven years of experience working in the field of prevention, she has led the coalition from its beginning stages to an active coalition that engages the community in substance abuse prevention. Robin received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Harding University. She is a Certified Prevention Specialist II and a graduate from the CADCA National Coalition Institute. Robin has been married to Mike for 33 years, has two sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and four precious grandchildren.
Sierra Butler
Sierra oversees DFT’s state grant aimed at alcohol, tobacco, and prescription drug prevention. Sierra works closely with law enforcement, schools and local government to mobilize the community against adolescent and adult substance use. Sierra has worked in the Criminal Justice field since 2013 where she started with Pretrial Services and then went to work as a legal investigator for the District Attorney’s Office. She received both her Bachelor and Masters of Science degrees from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is absolutely loving working on the primary prevention side and seeing the difference that can be made on the front end. Sierra has been married to Matt for 5 years and they have 2 children: Braylee and Zayden.
