Robin Racine


Robin helps guide the development and implementation of DFT’s Mission. With over nine years of experience working in the field of prevention, she has led the coalition from its beginning stages to an active coalition that engages the community in substance abuse prevention. Robin received her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Harding University. She is a Certified Prevention Specialist II and a graduate from the CADCA National Coalition Institute. Robin has been married to Mike for 33 years, has two sons, two beautiful daughters-in-law, and four precious grandchildren.

Leslie Owen

Project Coordinator

Leslie oversees DFT’s state grant aimed at alcohol, tobacco, and prescription drug prevention. She works closely with law enforcement, schools and local government to mobilize the community against adolescent and adult substance use. She has been married to her husband Chuck for 34 years and has raised three kids through the Tipton County School System. Leslie has her BA in Social Science and her family has been personally touched by the opioid crisis, which has fueled her passion to get involved and make an impact.
